We want you to love every item you bring home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Online orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same item or item of equal value.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Beauty, skincare, and personal‑care items

  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Consignment items

  • Opened home fragrance products

  • Digital downloads or custom orders

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Gift Orders

Gift recipients may return items for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash refunds over $50 may be issued by check.

  • Beauty, skincare, and personal‑care items

  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Consignment items

  • Opened home fragrance products (candles, sprays, diffusers)

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is damaged or defective, please bring it back within 7 days. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Gift Returns

Gift items may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days with a gift receipt.
